The PGA is set to host the roadshow roundup, in the form of a live Q&A webinar, on June 23 from 7:00 to 8:00 pm AEST to support pharmacies preparing for the move to the Quality and Safety Pharmacy Program — or QSPP.
The session is designed for pharmacy owners, pharmacists and staff who missed the national roadshow, or have further questions about the transition.
Expert presenters confirmed
The webinar will be presented by PGA's Natalie Willis, Chair of the Clinical Governance Committee, and Erica Vowles, Head of Safety and Quality.
They will respond to questions submitted in advance and address common themes raised during the roadshow.
They will also outline key elements of the new standards and provide practical guidance to support pharmacy teams ahead of the October 1 transition.

The webinar is open to all pharmacy owners and staff and will be delivered live via Zoom.
